Part-Time Virtual Assistant – Outreach & Business Growth (Speaking & Partnerships)

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with outreach and business growth tasks for a personal brand, coaching, and speaking business. You’ll help connect with event organizers, podcast hosts, and business leaders to secure speaking opportunities and strategic collaborations.

Responsibilities:

Research speaking events, podcasts, and partnership opportunities.

Identify and contact decision-makers (event planners, HR leaders, conference organizers).

Send personalized outreach emails and follow up professionally.

Track responses, maintain CRM/spreadsheets, and organize outreach data.

Manage the calendar, email inbox, and meeting scheduling.

Create or update presentation decks, proposals, and outreach templates.

Support light social media and content-related tasks (posting, research, etc.).

Qualifications:

Excellent written English and communication skills.

Experience in lead generation, outreach, or virtual assistance.

Proficient with Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Canva, and spreadsheet tools.

Organized, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tools.

Preferred (Not Required):

Familiarity with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Airtable.

Experience booking speakers or podcast guests.

Interest in personal development, entrepreneurship, or online business.
