JOB OVERVIEW

Freelance Website & Landing Page Builder (Conversion-Focused Designer)

Type: Freelance (Ongoing, per deliverable)
Location: Remote
Compensation: Fixed rate per deliverable (based on scope and complexity)

About Us

We’re a fast-moving digital marketing team that builds high-performing editorial and eCommerce landing pages for DTC brands. Every page we create is designed to convert — blending aesthetics, storytelling, and speed optimization into seamless user experiences.

We’re looking for a freelance landing page builder who’s not just a “drag-and-drop” expert, but someone who understands how design and performance come together to drive results.

Your Role

You’ll take approved page content, wireframes, or mockups and bring them to life using a drag-and-drop builder (such as Landerlabs). You’ll ensure every page:

Loads fast and performs well across devices

Looks visually sharp and brand-aligned

Converts visitors into customers through thoughtful layout and UX choices

You’ll collaborate with our creative and strategy team on ongoing projects, delivering pixel-perfect, compliant, and responsive pages ready for launch.

Responsibilities

Build and optimize responsive landing pages using a drag-and-drop builder (Elementor, Webflow, or similar).

Implement best practices for page speed, mobile responsiveness, and conversion rate optimization.

Ensure tracking pixels, scripts, and IDs (Meta Pixel, Clarity, etc.) are correctly integrated.

Follow internal SOPs for editorial and eCommerce pages to ensure every build meets our standards.

Collaborate with our design and copy teams to translate creative direction into live pages.

Test and QA pages before delivery (mobile, tablet, desktop).

Requirements

Proven experience building high-converting landing pages or microsites.

Strong eye for clean, conversion-oriented design (you understand what looks good and what sells).

Experience with at least one leading drag-and-drop builder (e.g., Elementor, Webflow, Funnelish, Unbounce, Framer, or similar).

Understanding of CRO fundamentals (visual hierarchy, CTAs, load time, trust signals, etc.).

Strong sense of responsiveness and mobile UX.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to deliver on time.

Comfortable working independently and following structured SOPs.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with analytics and heatmap tools (Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, etc.).

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for tweaks beyond drag-and-drop.

Prior experience working with performance marketers or DTC brands.

What You’ll Get

Consistent freelance projects and long-term collaboration opportunities.

Clear briefs, structured deliverables, and fast feedback.

Flexible working hours — results matter more than time online.

A chance to grow with a team obsessed with performance, creativity, and impact.

How to Apply

Send us:

A short intro about your experience with page building and conversion-focused design.

Links to 3–5 live pages you’ve built (bonus points if you can explain what made them convert).

Your typical rate per page or per deliverable.
