We’re looking for a Customer Service VA to manage customer communication for our e-commerce stores. Most
Responsibilities:
Reply to customer
Handle requests about orders, shipping, returns, and refunds
Track and update order information when needed
Forward complex or special cases to the store manager
Keep records of common issues and report recurring problems
Maintain polite, clear, and professional communication at all times
Suggest improvements to templates or processes if needed
Follow instructions carefully and deliver accurate, well-written replies
Requirements:
Fluent in English (German is a plus, not required)
Previous customer service or e-commerce experience required
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Good communication skills and friendly attitude
Stable internet connection and ability to check messages daily
