JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Customer Service VA to manage customer communication for our e-commerce stores. Most emails are in German, some in English. You’ll be responsible for replying to customers, solving issues, and keeping communication friendly and professional. Many messages can be answered quickly using our ready-made templates.

Responsibilities:

Reply to customer emails using our templates and internal guidelines

Handle requests about orders, shipping, returns, and refunds

Track and update order information when needed

Forward complex or special cases to the store manager

Keep records of common issues and report recurring problems

Maintain polite, clear, and professional communication at all times

Suggest improvements to templates or processes if needed

Follow instructions carefully and deliver accurate, well-written replies

Requirements:

Fluent in English (German is a plus, not required)

Previous customer service or e-commerce experience required

Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

Good communication skills and friendly attitude

Stable internet connection and ability to check messages daily
