Position Overview
BBC is seeking a Finance & Capital Markets Manager to support the company’s growing portfolio of impact-driven investments and real estate financing initiatives.

This role is ideal for a finance professional who excels in loan structuring, investor and lender engagement, and financial modeling. The successful candidate will work directly with BBC’s CFO to develop creative capital structures, manage financing relationships, and assist with the execution of project and SPV-level funding transactions.

This is a growth-track position with compensation and responsibilities that will scale alongside BBC’s expansion. As the company grows and financing volumes increase, this role can evolve into a Director or VP-level opportunity, with expanded leadership and financial incentives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lender & Investor Relations
- Identify and engage banks, private lenders, institutional investors, and insurance brokers.
- Prepare loan packages, term sheets, financial summaries, and investor presentations.
- Manage CRM tracking for investor pipeline and lender outreach.

Financial Modeling & Structuring
- Build and maintain financial models for project finance and real estate transactions.
- Perform IRR, ROI, and sensitivity analyses for internal decision-making and investor engagement.
- Assist in structuring SPVs, credit enhancements, and other financial vehicles.

Deal Execution & Compliance
- Support due diligence, document preparation, and transaction closings.
- Maintain data rooms, compliance checklists, and investor files.
- Collaborate with accounting, operations, and legal teams for transparent reporting.

Strategic Finance Support
- Contribute to capital strategy, cashflow forecasting, and investor reporting.
- Participate in the creation of structured or insurance-backed finance solutions.
- Support financial planning for BBC’s domestic and international initiatives.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in real estate finance, capital markets, or corporate finance.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel / Google Sheets).
- Understanding of loan structuring, underwriting, and investor relations.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Preferred
- Experience in impact investing, structured finance, or project lending.
- Exposure to SPV management, cross-border financing, or insurance-backed lending.
- CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Airtable, Salesforce).

- Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
