Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution to generate and nurture qualified real estate leads in Florida — turning traffic into effective appointments for the sales team.
A performance-driven role, focused on measurable results, optimization, and real conversion metrics.
???? Key Responsibilities
CRM (Follow Up Boss)
Build and optimize pipelines, Smart Lists, automations, tasks, and SLAs.
Maintain data hygiene, segmentation, and weekly conversion reports.
Funnels & Automations
Create high-conversion landing pages, ManyChat flows (IG/FB), and
Manage Zapier integrations, A/B tests (forms, headlines, CTAs, creatives).
Content & Copywriting
Develop editorial calendars (IG, FB, YouTube, TikTok, Blog,
Write persuasive English/Spanish copy compliant with Fair Housing advertising rules.
Create short-form and long-form video scripts.
Video & Creative
Edit videos using CapCut or Adobe Premiere (captions, rhythm, B-roll).
Design with advanced Canva skills (thumbnails, layouts, vertical/horizontal formats).
SEO/SEM & Analytics
Manage on-page SEO, GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager (events, conversions, UTMs).
Run Meta Ads and Google Ads focused on lead generation and CPL/CAC optimization.
Web Management
Maintain and optimize landing pages (speed, mobile-first, conversion tracking).
Project Management
Meet deliverables using Notion/Asana/Trello.
Document SOPs and communicate effectively through Slack.

2–4 years of proven digital marketing experience focused on performance.

CapCut / Adobe Premiere (editing, subtitles, pacing, B-roll).
ManyChat (conditional flows, tags, IG/FB automation).
Zapier (multi-step automations, webhooks, CRM integrations).
GA4, GSC, GTM (events, conversions, funnels, UTMs).
Meta Ads and Google Ads (CPL/CAC optimization).
Google Business Profile (GMB) management and insights.
ElevenLabs (voiceover) and HeyGen (avatars).
Bilingual – Fluent English and Spanish (mandatory).
Excellent writing and grammar in both languages.
High-performance PC, stable internet (?100 Mbps), headset/microphone.
Strong analytical mindset, commercial judgment, and KPI orientation.
