JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a graphic designer who can also perform administrative job functions. We are a commercial real estate company based in the USA, and seek somebody to work on a full-time basis. The individual must possess the the following skills:

* Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
* Experience with MailChimp
* Produce floor plans of buildings from hand drawn sketches.
* 100% proficient in reading/writing of English
* Professional demeanor in communicating via email

An individual who has experience in commercial real estate setting, or work history in the industry will be highly favored. Please include any details about prior work done in the real estate field, particularly with regard to commercial real estate.

Other tasks will include maintaining files and records, and a complete list of tasks to be completed is included below:

Listing Agreement &
Agency Disclosure Document:
? Enter information of signed Listing Agreement and Agency Disclosure Document on HMR Listing Agreement List (Excel File).
? Listing Agreement and Agency Disclosure should be combined into one file.
? File a paper copy and digital copies
(one on Shared Drive and one on Box.com).
Listings:
? New listing agreement.
? New listing checklist.
? Create a new flyer/update existing flyer.
? Create a new listing/update listing on LoopNet/HMR website.
? Create a new listing/ update listing on Craigslist.
? Email new/updated flyer to CoStar.
CoStar:
? Send a daily email that includes any new listings and/or updates (instead of sending individual emails).
? Keep track what you ask CoStar to post/update.
Craigslist:
? Include images of floor plans/site plans (if available) of all listings.
? Renew listings on Craigslist every Thursdays.
? Listings on Craigslist must be renewed every 7 days or else they will expire.
? After 30 days, listings will expire and need to be re-posted.
Lease and Sale Comps (Excel Files):
? Update lease/sale comps upon receiving lease/sale documents.
? File a paper copy and digital copies (one on Shared Drive and one on Box.com).

Monthly Email Blast:
? Send out a summary of all currently active HMR listings before the 10th of each month.
? Lease type (e.g. full service, modified gross, NNN, etc) must be added manually to all lease rates.
? Check the information of all the properties listed on the email blast.
o LoopNet often has issues and do not display accurate information. Size is often listed incorrectly or missing, even though the individual listing shows accurate information.
