Job Description:
WeCreateMVP's is looking for a highly analytical and tech-savvy Business Analyst with hands-on experience in IT and software development environments. You will serve as the critical link between the development team, project stakeholders, and business objectives—ensuring software products are aligned with both user needs and company goals.

As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in gathering and translating technical requirements, streamlining development processes, and supporting Agile sprint planning with clear documentation and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for custom software projects
- Translate client goals and business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure clarity of project scope and deliverables
- Develop user stories, workflows, and process diagrams to guide development
- Facilitate Agile sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support product development decisions
- Work with QA teams to validate deliverables meet original requirements and user expectations
- Identify opportunities for process automation, improved documentation, or software efficiency
- Track and report key metrics related to project delivery, efficiency, and alignment with business goals

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT or software development sector
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scru ---------- thodologies
- Proven experience writing clear technical documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Notion, Confluence, Figma, or equivalent
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience working in startups, SaaS, Web3, or platform-based environments is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, IT, or related field preferred

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):
- Exposure to frontend/backend development concepts (React, Node.js, APIs, etc.)
- Familiarity with MVP scoping and early-stage product development
- Experience working with UX/UI teams to shape product journeys
- Understanding of basic SQL queries or data modeling
