About the Role
You’ll be creating short-form and long-form storytelling ads (VSL-style videos) for
These are not basic UGCs or montage edits.
We create performance-driven story videos that feel cinematic, authentic, and trustworthy — the kind that make people stop scrolling and say, “Wait, that actually makes sense.”
You’ll work directly with one of Western Europe’s top-performing media buyers, gaining live feedback from what’s converting across EU, UK, and US markets.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Edit and produce high-performing storytelling ads (short & long form)
• Build emotional flow, pacing, and credibility through structure, voiceover & visuals
• Source relevant content via Atria Ad Spy and competitive research
• Use AI tools (Google VEO 3, Kling AI, ElevenLabs) to generate visuals and voiceovers (we’ll provide access)
• Add captions, on-screen text, and overlays that enhance storytelling and trust
• Work within Trello for task management & communicate daily through Slack
Requirements
• Proven experience creating story-driven Meta ads or VSL-style videos that convert
• Strong sense of pacing, hook writing, and attention retention
• Experience editing for health, wellness, or problem-solving products
• Skilled in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
• Understanding of emotional editing, music timing, and narrative structure
• Experience with AI tools (VEO 3, Kling AI, ElevenLabs) is a plus
• Fluent in English, with a feel for Western (UK/US) ad tone and rhythm

Trial Period (2 weeks) – this helps us both confirm it’s a great fit.
Communication window: 09:00–18:00 CET (no need to be online full-time, just responsive)
