About the Role
Anything Supplies is a growing global wholesale and B2B sourcing company. We are hiring a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager who will be the company’s first dedicated sales hire.

This role is for a hands-on, quota-carrying professional who has built and scaled B2B sales pipelines in e-commerce, distribution, or wholesale. You must be ready to generate leads, close deals, and build the foundation for a future sales team.

The first phase focuses on direct execution. Once the sales process is proven and consistent results are achieved, the role transitions into leadership — building and managing a team of SDRs/BDRs.

Phase 1 – Execution (First 90 Days)
1. Identify and qualify 50–70 new B2B leads per week using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
2. Conduct 50+ cold calls per day and outbound emails/messages to decision-makers.
3. Personally book 15+ qualified meetings per week with wholesale or distributor prospects.
4. Own the full sales pipeline: prospect - qualify - pitch - close.
5. Maintain clean and accurate CRM data and activity logs.
6. Report directly to the COO with weekly pipeline and revenue updates.

Phase 2 – Team Build (Post-90 Days)
1. Document and refine sales scripts, cadences, and outreach systems.
2. Present a scaling plan for SDR/BDR recruitment.
3. Begin training and mentoring new sales reps.
4. Transition into a player-coach role — continuing to close deals while managing the team.

Ongoing Responsibilities
1. Negotiate wholesale deals, pricing, and contracts.
2. Coordinate with Operations to ensure sales commitments match inventory and capacity.
3. Deliver weekly forecasts and monthly revenue reports.
4. Continuously improve outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, phone).

Expected Results

Within 90 Days:
1. A clear outbound sales plan with pipeline targets.
2. 150+ qualified leads in the pipeline.
3. $50K+ in wholesale deals closed per month.
4. A repeatable sales playbook (scripts, cadences, processes).

After 90 Days:
1. Hire and train the first SDR/BDR under your leadership.
2. Scale sales volume and conversion rates quarter over quarter.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
1. Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in wholesale, e-commerce, or distribution.
2. Proven LinkedIn Sales Navigator expertise.
3. Demonstrated success in cold calling, outbound outreach, and closing.
4. Experience closing 5–6-figure wholesale deals.
5. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
6. Hands-on executor — must be personally involved in calling and closing in the first 90 days.
7. Leadership mindset with the ability to scale a team.
8. Tools: CRM (Aloware, HubSpot, ---------- ), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Suite, Asana.
9. Mindset: Hunter. Quota-driven. Results-first. No training required.

Competitive Advantage:
Experience with Shopee, Lazada, Temu, Shein, or other wholesale distributors is a strong plus.

If you are a closer who thrives on outbound sales, can build from the ground up, and want to lead a global B2B brand’s sales growth, this role is for you. And read this post carefully, and complete both forms above to apply.
