We’re a growing eCommerce brand that sells lifestyle and wellness products through social media. Our videos are the heart of our marketing — they tell stories, spark emotion, and convert viewers into customers.
We’re looking for a creative and data-driven video editor who not only knows how to edit engaging content, but also understands why certain ads perform better than others.
If you love editing, testing ideas, and staying on top of ad trends — this role is for you.
???? Your Main Responsibilities
Edit short-form videos (15–60s) for TikTok,
Combine UGC clips, testimonials, product footage, and hooks into powerful stories.
Create multiple variations of each ad for A/B testing.
Suggest creative angles, hooks, captions, and ad structures that can increase CTR and conversion rates.
Analyze winning ad styles from competitors and apply insights to our videos.
Collaborate with our team on content strategy and creative testing ideas.
???? Requirements
Solid experience editing social media ads for DTC / dropshipping / eCommerce brands.
Strong storytelling and editing sense (timing, pacing, hooks, retention).
Skilled in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
Understanding of marketing psychology and trending ad formats.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Reliable, consistent, and open to feedback.
? Nice to Have
Experience creating ad scripts or storyboards.
Familiar with TikTok Creative Center,
Can produce motion graphics or animated text overlays.
