Job Description:
We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is ambitious, driven, and highly committed to delivering quality work every day.
Your main tasks will focus on Airbnb guest communication and real estate messaging support — ensuring every guest or client receives a timely and professional response.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to guest messages on Airbnb and other platforms
Handle booking inquiries, follow-ups, and issue reports professionally
Coordinate with the property management team for maintenance or guest concerns
Keep track of messages, notes, and updates for each property
Assist with simple admin tasks related to real estate or hospitality operations
Requirements:
? Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Support Representative (CSR), or Airbnb/Real Estate Messaging Assistant
? Excellent written English and communication skills
? Strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
? Reliable, hardworking, and proactive attitude
? Available to work with consistency — not just short-term availability
