About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist with a passion for driving growth in e-commerce. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to increase traffic, conversions, and ROI for our online store(s). The ideal candidate is data-driven, analytical, and experienced with scaling paid search and shopping campaigns for e-commerce brands.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Optimize campaign performance through data analysis, A/B testing, and continuous improvement.

Manage product feeds via Google Merchant Center and ensure accurate synchronization with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).

Monitor daily performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, conversion rate) and generate actionable insights.

Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-converting ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.

Stay up to date with Google Ads best practices, algorithm updates, and new advertising features.

Report campaign performance to stakeholders and recommend strategic improvements.

Requirements :
2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads for e-commerce.
Proven track record of achieving strong ROI and scaling paid ad budgets.
Deep understanding of Google Shopping, Performance Max, Search, and Display campaigns.
Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and Data Studio (Looker).
Strong analytical skills and experience with conversion tracking, pixel setup, and attribution models.
Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or other e-commerce and marketing automation tools is a plus.
Google Ads Certification preferred.

Preferred Skills :
Familiarity with other paid platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) for omnichannel strategy.
Basic understanding of SEO and CRO principles.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
