JOB OVERVIEW

Extension of the Sales Representative working closely with customers to determine their needs, requirements, answer their questions queries about the products. Promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. Works with customer's specifications which requires application of personal skills, accuracy and adherence to safety procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receives request for quotations through email.
• Sends quotations to customer through email.
• Receives purchase orders through email.
• Create job orders.
• Keeps documented information filed in appropriate binders.
• Designates storage area for ease retrieval of documents.
• Maintains a database of information, Sales Order Log for monitoring the status of purchase order.
• Communicates with relevant personnel, QC, Sales Representative, Production Planning for status of job orders and Accounting for the preparation of Sales Invoice/ Delivery Receipt.
• Responds to all inquiries through phone calls, emails, text, etc.
• Responds/ address customer complaints in a timely manner, when the need arises.
• Conducts customer survey.
• Track records of sales quota.
• Prepares sales reports related to the performance of the QMS.
• Works on achieving department’s sales objectives and targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Go “extra mile” to drive sales performance.
• Teaches, train, and share knowledge/ skills to colleagues.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time that is related to Sales.

Requirements:
• Education: At least 2nd year college of any Business-related courses, preferable BS Marketing
• Skills: Communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service skills
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Time management and organizational skills
Analytical skills, with the ability to sales reports
Microsoft Windows Application

• Abilities: Fluent and articulate in both verbal and written communication
Ability to read, write and perform basic math
Ability to perform under pressure

• Professional Certification: Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Knowledgeable of ISO 9000 principles is a plus
Organized and has a working knowledge of 5S

• Experience with Customer Service
Hands on experience on micro soft applications (excel, word)
