Instagram DM Appointment Setter (NL Market) – The Agency School (Founder: Lot Louisa)
ABOUT THE FOUNDER & BRAND
My name is Lot Louisa, founder of The Agency School. I built my first social media agency from scratch, scaled it to consistent six-figure annual revenue, and successfully sold it. Now, I coach and mentor social media managers, content creators, UGC creators, and early-stage agency owners through my online program and 1:1 coaching, helping them scale to healthy, profitable businesses.
The Agency School currently acquires an average of 3–5 new members per month across two main memberships (Academy & All-In). Our next target is 10+ per month. To reach that goal, I am looking for a dedicated Instagram DM Appointment Setter who can open conversations, qualify leads, and move them toward a discovery call with me.
YOUR ROLE IN THE GROWTH
I currently convert around 55% of discovery calls into clients. What I need is someone who handles the entire front-end conversation process so I can focus on high-level calls, strategy, and conversion.
You will identify potential leads, initiate conversations, nurture them, uncover their pain points, and direct them toward booking a call via my Calendly link. Once the lead confirms a call, I take over and close the deal. After the call, you handle agreed follow-up according to notes added in our Notion CRM.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience in DM appointment setting, understands emotional triggers in entrepreneurship, and enjoys initiating purposeful conversations that lead to meaningful results.
RESPONSIBILITIES – YOUR WEEKLY WORKFLOW
Funnel Stage: What You Will Do
Lead Research: Identify potential clients via hashtags, competitor audiences, or my existing followers (many are already suitable prospects).
Outreach: Send DM conversation starters based on existing scripts, with room for natural human adaptation.
Conversation Nurturin: Ask the right questions, identify if they are beginners, scaling SMMs, agency owners, or UGC creators, and build interest.
Call Push: Transition to call booking by sending my Calendly link and positioning it as the logical next step.
CRM Tracking: Log each lead and status inside our Notion CRM.
Follow-Up: If leads go silent, send strategic follow-ups.
Post-Call Follow-Up: After I conduct the call, send additional follow-ups based on the notes I provide.
REQUIREMENTS (MUST-HAVE)
Only apply if you meet all of the following:
? Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Instagram DM-based appointment setting or lead generation
? Comfortable steering conversations toward booked calls
? Can emotionally connect with female entrepreneurs/creators aged 18–35
? Understands how to move someone from curiosity to commitment
? Able to translate or generate Dutch messages using tools, while ensuring messages sound natural and human (not like a bot or AI-generated)
? Strong English communication for internal collaboration
? Able to work consistently between 07:00 and 22:00 CET (Netherlands timezone) – no outreach may be sent between 23:00–06:00 CET
? Structured and reliable with lead tracking and follow-ups
? Familiar with Calendly or similar scheduling tools
BONUS SKILLS (ADVANTAGEOUS BUT NOT REQUIRED)
• Experience working with EU or US-based coaching or mentorship programs
• Familiarity with social media managers, UGC creators, or agency owners as client personas
• Experience using Notion or other CRM tools
• Personal interest in content creation, entrepreneurship, or women-led businesses
• Previous results in booking qualified discovery calls in a coaching or online program environment
WORK COMMITMENT & GROWTH PATH
• Starting schedule: 1–2 hours per day, 4 days per week
• Opportunity to increase hours and responsibilities as performance proves successful
• Later-stage responsibilities may include negotiating content collabs, testing reel concepts, or coordinating partnership outreach
• This is a long-term role for someone who wants to grow with the brand, not a short-term gig
COMPENSATION & BONUSES
• Starting base rate is calculated at $5/hour
• Workload: 1–2 hours/day, 4 days/week ? Estimated $100–150 per month to start
• Performance-based bonuses for:
– Number of verified calls booked
– New members generated via your DM flow
