We’re looking for a talented
This role blends creative storytelling with data-driven strategy — perfect for someone who understands both marketing psychology and how to craft technically accurate, conversion-focused copy.
This is a part-time role of approximately 40 hours per month, with the opportunity to move into a full-time position in the near future for the right candidate.
About the Role:
You’ll plan, write, and optimise
Your work will often involve writing for professional and technical audiences including education, business, and B2B industries' so you’ll need to communicate complex information clearly while maintaining a persuasive, on-brand tone.
You’ll also create blog content and website/landing page copy that educates, converts, and supports broader marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement
Write technical and conversion-focused copy for
Build and automate campaigns in Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and/or HubSpot (experience with similar tools also valuable).
Analyse campaign performance and optimise based on open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.
Collaborate with designers and account managers to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Stay up to date with best practices in deliverability, automation, and audience segmentation.
Skills & Experience
Experience in
Strong understanding of automation workflows, segmentation, and audience journeys.
Proven ability to write clear, technical, and engaging content for professional audiences.
Hands-on experience with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar ESPs.
Analytical mindset — confident using data to guide strategy and improvements.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and initiative in a remote setting.
