WordPress / Divi 5 Specialist (Freelance, Long-term)

We build fast, clean WordPress sites (Divi 5), often with custom front-end work, clear processes, and high standards (UX, performance, WCAG 2.2 AA).

1. About you
You’re a WordPress pro with real Divi 5 experience, strong in HTML/CSS/JS—and ideally comfortable with PHP for small customizations.

2. Responsibilities
- Build modern websites and landing pages with Divi 5 (Theme Builder, global components, clean module structure).
- Custom front-end: semantic HTML, modular CSS (BEM/utility mindset), lean JavaScript (no bloat).
- Tune Core Web Vitals (LCP/CLS/INP), responsive and cross-browser polish.
- Technical on-page basics: semantics, schema/meta, clean heading hierarchy.
- Accessibility refinements (WCAG 2.2 AA: focus styles, ARIA, skip links, keyboard use).
- Optional PHP: small functions/hooks, child-theme snippets, light Divi extensions.
- Own your deliverables: tidy handovers, brief documentation, reliable communication.

3. Must-haves
- 3+ years with WordPress, incl. 1+ year with Divi (ideally Divi 5) in production.
- Excellent HTML5/CSS3 (Flex/Grid, modern units, animation respecting prefers-reduced-motion).
- Solid JavaScript (ES6+) with DOM-level performance awareness.
- Performance literacy (lazy loading, code splitting, critical CSS).
- Basic Git, structured work style, strong eye for design details.

4. Nice to have
- PHP (hooks/filters, WP APIs, simple shortcodes).
- Forms (CF7 / Fluent Forms), SEO setups, multilingual experience.
- Practical BFSG/WCAG know-how.
- Basic Figma / design handoff experience.
