In this role, you’ll support our Advisory Services team to deliver high-quality consulting projects for a wide range of clients — from social enterprises and not-for-profits to corporates and government — all working to create a more equitable and sustainable world.

Work hours – 7.5 hours/day Sydney Hours
Must be contactable Monday to Friday - 9am – 5pm
Australian holidays/public holiday schedule applies
Contractor Rates – up to AUD $35,000 per annum (~110,000 pesos per month)
EFT: Full time or part time (75%)

Role Description
Role purpose
The Advisory Services Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of client projects and the smooth operation of the Advisory Services team. This role ensures our projects run efficiently, our clients have an exceptional experience, and our systems and data are accurate and up to date.
Working closely with the Director of Advisory Services, you’ll provide coordination, project administration, CRM management, reporting, and business development support. You’ll also liaise with our network of consultants — the Professional Impact Network (PIN) — and help ensure our client engagements are delivered seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
* Support the end-to-end delivery of advisory projects, including project setup, client communications, contracts, invoicing, and milestone tracking.
* Manage and maintain our CRM (Zoho), ensuring data accuracy and supporting the development of dashboards and reports.
* Support business development activities — identifying leads, maintaining pipelines, preparing proposals, case studies, and capability materials.
* Coordinate client and consultant onboarding, including contracting, information management, and logistics for meetings and workshops.
* Support data management and reporting, including quarterly activity and impact reports.
* Assist with content creation for marketing, newsletters, and case studies.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by helping optimise our systems, tools and templates.
Optional: Manage smaller advisory projects independently as skills develop.
What we're looking for
Essential
* Advanced Proficiency in English is a pre-requisite.
* Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar role – experience in coordinating / managing projects.
* Demonstrated experience in client /customer service, stakeholder engagement, or project delivery in a professional or impact setting.
* Understanding of project management fundamentals – planning, status reporting, action tracking, and follow up.
* Demonstrated experience managing multiple responsibilities with competing deadlines.
* Excellent time management and self-organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Proficiency in preparing reports, presentations, and other deliverables for internal or external audiences.
* Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment, with evidence of collaboration and contribution to shared outcomes.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt style to different stakeholders.
* Professional client etiquette.
* Service and results oriented with strong attention to detail, organisation and prioritisation across multiple accounts/projects
* CRM literacy, strong IT and knowledge management skills, and ability to learn new systems (we use Zoho One) and processes.
* Confident in Excel, PowerPoint, template development, and change control – willing to research and self-teach new skills.
Desired
* Knowledge of the social sector and at least one of the Social Impact Hub’s areas of work is preferred (i.e. impact investing, enterprise education, social enterprise development, impact measurement, philanthropy, corporate social responsibility).
* Master’s Degree or MBA or Tertiary studies in Social Impact or equivalent
* Familiarity with Zoho One
