As a Dispatcher, you’ll be responsible for efficiently coordinating daily transport operations, ensuring that all deliveries are scheduled, tracked, and completed on time. You’ll work closely with drivers, customers, and management to maintain smooth operations and excellent service standards.

//Key Responsibilities
Plan and schedule daily transport runs and backloads
Communicate clearly with drivers and customers regarding timings and updates
Monitor progress and proactively resolve any delays or issues
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Keep accurate records of runs, kilometres, and delivery times
Support the team in improving route efficiency and reducing downtime

//Skills and Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in transport dispatching or logistics coordination
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with dispatch software or transport management systems
Sound knowledge of routes and freight handling in New Zealand
