Course Creation and Systems Coordinator (Full-time)

We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Course Creator and Virtual Project Coordinator from the Philippines to join our team full-time.

This role is ideal for someone who loves organizing information, building online courses, managing systems, and supporting creative projects. You will play a key role in helping us build our online university, streamline our internal workflows, create course materials, and manage outreach and communication systems.

We create online courses, coaching programs, books, and workshops designed to help people live with purpose and excellence. Our team combines professional experience in education, business, and technology with a Christian, values-based approach to work and life.

We are a small, dedicated team looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and organize online courses in GoHighLevel or Kajabi
- Manage project tasks and timelines using Trello
- Support lead tracking and communication automation
- Create landing pages, forms, and simple automations for new course launches
- Coordinate and follow up on meetings with clients and business development leads
- Write summaries, outlines, and reports to support course and project development
- Collaborate with the founders to plan, track, and complete tasks across multiple projects
- Design professional course materials, presentations, and slides using Canva and PowerPoint
- Create and maintain Notion databases for course materials, project tracking, and content libraries
- Be open to learning and integrating AI tools (ChatGPT, Grammarly, Notion AI, etc.) to improve productivity
- Create summary reports, outreach templates, proposal support documents, and trackers in Google Docs/Sheets
- Manage contacts, workflows, email sequences, and support lead tracking and communication automation in our CRM system (GoHighLevel)

SOFTWARE AND TOOLS YOU WILL USE
- Trello – for project and task tracking

- Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, Drive) – for collaboration

- GoHighLevel CRM – for course setup, automations, and communication workflows

- Notion – for operations, content, and database management

- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – for documents and reports

- Canva – for simple graphics and visual presentations

- AI Tools – ChatGPT, Claude, Grammarly, and Notion AI (training provided if needed)

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills

- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful

- Familiar with GoHighLevel, Kajabi, or similar course platforms

- Proficient in Notion (required) and project management tools such as Trello

- Experience using the tools listed above

- Self-directed and independent while remaining responsive and communicative

- Comfortable working with a Christian, family-oriented company culture


WORK SCHEDULE AND REQUIREMENTS
- Full-time (40 hours per week)

- Must have a stable internet connection and quiet working environment

- Willingness to attend chat meetings, submit weekly progress reports, and collaborate regularly

- At least 4 hours overlap with U.S. Eastern Standard Time

COMPENSATION AND GROWTH
- Starting salary: $500–$550 USD per month (based on experience)
