Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM CST & Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to serve as an AI Avatar Presenter (Founder’s Ai Clone/Twin) during live online sessions. In this role, you will administer scripted assessments to students by speaking behind a pre-built AI avatar. You will represent our company professionally and deliver assessments with clarity, accuracy, and a positive demeanor.
This is a perfect position for someone who is confident speaking on camera, enjoys working with children in a virtual setting, and is comfortable using technology in a structured, scripted environment.

Key Responsibilities
Operate an AI avatar during live virtual sessions using provided scripts.


Administer and accurately score assessments to students in a calm, engaging, and professional manner.


Follow scripts exactly as provided to ensure consistency and accuracy.


Maintain a stable internet connection and manage session timing effectively.


Communicate clearly and professionally with internal tea ---------- mbers when needed.

Required Technology
Updated MacBook (required – software runs on macOS only).
iPad for accessing and reviewing assessment materials or scripts.
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Functional microphone and headset for clear audio delivery.


Schedule Requirements
Must be available Monday – Thursday, 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM CST


Must be available Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST


Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.



Qualifications
Excellent spoken English and clear communication skills. Even though the founder's voice is used in the Ai Avatar. Bachelor’s degree


Comfortable speaking in a virtual environment behind an AI avatar.


Ability to follow scripts precisely without deviation.


Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and reliable.


Previous experience working with children, virtual instruction, or assessments is a plus (but not required).
Interested in a Long Term position.
