Researcher & Caller for Home Builders (U.S. Market)

We’re looking for someone experienced in finding and contacting home builders across different areas in the U.S. — especially those actively buying land.

Your Role:

Research and identify builders and developers online (we’ll show you the process, but experience is a plus).

Call builders to ask about their buy box — what kind of land they buy (lot size, price range, location preferences, etc.).

Collect and organize information such as builder name, email, phone number, and specific buying criteria.

Maintain a clean and accurate record of all communications.

Ideal Candidate:

Has experience researching or calling builders, developers, or real estate companies.

Confident on the phone and comfortable speaking with professionals.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized.

Understands basic real estate or land terms (preferred but not required).
