YouTube Long-Form Video Editor for Crypto Brand (2+ Videos Weekly)

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable YouTube long-form video editor to work with our crypto client. You should have a strong understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain space, know how to make complex topics easy to understand, and edit in a way that keeps viewers engaged from start to finish.

This is not a basic editing role. We want someone who can think like a storyteller, use pacing, music, and visuals strategically, and bring personality into educational content.

Requirements:

Proven experience editing long-form YouTube videos (10–20 minutes)
Strong knowledge of crypto, investing, and web3 topics
Ability to cut, color grade, and add motion graphics or infographics that match the brand style
Excellent pacing, comedic or dramatic timing, and storytelling instincts
Understands YouTube retention, hooks, and audience psychology
Must be available to work 9am–5pm PST (California time), including overnight if needed
Reliable internet connection and consistent communication
Must provide examples of past YouTube work that performed well
