We’re looking for a reliable virtual assistant or researcher to help us find off-market and undervalued residential properties in Maryland for real estate investment and flipping.

This is a weekly job. You’ll research and compile a list of single-family homes under $275K in specific cities and neighborhoods in Prince George’s County, Maryland.

? Your Tasks:
• Scrape and compile property listings from the following websites:

Properties must be in one of the following cities/zones in Maryland:
• Brentwood, Hyattsville, Mount Rainier, Riverdale, Cheverly, University Park

???? What to Deliver:

Every Monday morning (by 10 AM EST), send a Google Sheet (or Excel) with:
