About Us
We’re a fast-moving content and ad agency based in the U.S. specializing in short-form video and digital ad campaigns. Our clients include realtors, builders, medical professionals, and financial advisors — people who rely on us to keep their content pipeline running smoothly and consistently.

We’re looking for a proactive, highly self-directed Virtual Assistant who can keep things moving without waiting for constant check-ins. If you’re someone who naturally takes ownership, spots what needs to be done, and keeps a busy workflow organized, you’ll fit right in here.

Your Core Responsibilities
Upload raw video clips and organize files for the editing team
Review and perform quality control on returned edits (checking pacing, captions, and accuracy)
Coordinate with editors to ensure thumbnails and deliverables are complete
Organize finished videos in Google Drive and prepare them for our scheduling team
Track progress in Trello and communicate updates clearly in Slack
Proactively identify when clients need more content or when a video needs review — and make sure it gets handled
Brainstorm 7-second Reel ideas using existing client B-roll
Occasionally assist with ad campaign coordination (basic Meta Ads understanding required)

Bonus Points If You Can

Help plan and organize monthly video scripts for clients
Do light video editing (e.g., trimming clips, adding captions, resizing for Reels/Shorts)
Work with AI-generated video tools such as Sora or other emerging AI platforms

Excellent communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with Trello, Slack, Google Drive, Loom, and similar tools
Comfortable managing multiple projects and clients at once
Awareness of short-form content trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
