Creative Graphics Specialist

We are seeking a Creative Graphics Specialist to bring compelling visual storytelling to life. In this role, you will design and manage a variety of visual assets that support our marketing, speaking engagements, and educational programs. Key Responsibilities

PowerPoint & Presentation Design
• Design, update, and enhance speaking presentation slides using advanced PowerPoint techniques, ensuring clarity, visual appeal, and alignment with our messaging goals.
• We’re especially interested in storytelling-focused slides, not just copy-heavy decks.

Photoshop & Image Creation
• Modify or enhance images provided via AI generators, refining them in Adobe Photoshop for professional use.
• Access and utilize stock photo companies when needed.

Brochures & Fliers
• Design impactful brochures, one-pagers, and fliers optimized for both print and digital use.

Asset Library Management
• Organize and maintain a graphics library, including slides, images, and templates, making them easy to retrieve and reuse.
• Regularly update, back up, and tag files systematically for quick access.

Asset Sourcing & Licensing
• Advise when images or assets require licensing or purchase.
• Handle or direct procurement and documentation of stock assets, ensuring full compliance with licensing requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in:
• Microsoft PowerPoint (custom layouts, animations, master templates)
• Adobe Photoshop (image manipulation, compositing, retouching)
• Working knowledge of AI tools and ability to integrate AI-generated elements seamlessly
• Strong creative problem-solving skills
• Understanding of layout, typography, and color theory (print & digital)
• Excellent organizational skills for managing asset libraries
• Experience creating simple motion graphics (PowerPoint or Photoshop video tools)
• Familiarity with web-based design tools like Canva
