Your Responsibilities

You’ll work directly with the founder (U.S.-based) to help run the day-to-day operations of the business.
Your main tasks will include:

???? Researching and gathering lead data using AI tools (training provided)

???? Sending and managing email or LinkedIn outreach campaigns

???? Updating and organizing CRM / lead tracking spreadsheets

???? Coordinating automations through tools like Zapier, Instantly.ai, and Apollo.io

???? Scheduling follow-ups and keeping client deliverables on track

????? Communicating progress daily and reporting results clearly

???? Assisting with general admin work, SOP updates, and light content tasks

Required Skills

*Strong English communication (written + spoken)

*Organized and detail-oriented — you love keeping things on schedule

*Comfortable using tech tools and learning fast

*Basic understanding of Google Sheets, Gmail, and project management tools

*Reliable internet connection and consistent availability

Bonus points if you already have experience with:

*Apollo.io, Instantly.ai, Lemlist, or similar outreach tools

*Zapier, Make (Integromat), or automation systems

*Lead generation, cold email, or CRM work

*AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copy.ai
