Creative VA for AI Song Creation (ChatGPT + Suno.AI)

** About the Role **

MelodyMade create personalised songs for special occasions using AI.
We’re looking for a Creative Virtual Assistant to help generate song lyrics through our custom ChatGPT workflow and produce finished songs using Suno.AI.

You’ll take real customer stories and turn them into heartfelt songs, ensuring every lyric is accurate, natural-sounding, and emotionally true to the person’s story.
**Full training and examples will be provided.**

- Responsibilities

Use ChatGPT (custom GPT) to generate lyrics from customer forms.

Review and refine lyrics for grammar, flow, and factual accuracy.

Use Suno.AI to create completed songs following our workflow.

Verify spellings of names or places via Google, YouTube, or TikTok etc to ensure AI outputs them correctly.

Communicate clearly via WhatsApp and Email.

Follow creative checklists precisely while keeping a human touch.

- Compensation

Negotiable depending on experience (expected range $400–$600/month for 30 hours/week)

Paid on the 1st of each month via Easypay or PayPal

Optional Sunday overtime: $5.80/hour during the first 4 months, $7/hour after the first 4 months for Sunday overtime (time-and-a-half rate)

- Schedule

Monday – Friday

10 AM – 4 PM UK time (5 PM – 11 PM Philippines time)

Optional Sunday overtime available

- Requirements

Stable internet connection and reliable computer/laptop

Power backup plan (UPS / generator / alternative location)

Strong written English

Ability to follow structured workflows accurately
