- Role Description:
As a Buyer Outreach VA, your core mission is to be the friendly, professional & trusted first voice of our company for real estate investors, and cash buyers. You’ll engage in warm outreach, vet potential buyers, organize their preferences, and help streamline communication systems. You’ll play a key role in making sure the right buyers are excited and informed about our property opportunities.

- Key Responsibilities/Objectives:
Call, engage, and vet real estate investors and cash buyers regarding their specific property preferences.
Ask strategic questions to uncover buyer preferences and readiness.
Organize and maintain an updated database of buyer criteria and communication records.
Contribute to improving outreach scripts, follow-up systems, and communication workflows.

You have excellent spoken and written English with a warm and professional tone.
You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently with clear expectations.
You thrive on connection and love learning how to get better with each interaction.
You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets, and messaging tools.

- Who You Are Not:
You don’t enjoy talking to new people daily.
You rely heavily on strict scripts and struggle to sound natural.
You have trouble staying organized or things.
You do not like to repeat the same process over again.

- Must-Have Qualifications:
Proven experience in a communication role or sales.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Confident and professional tonality.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet environment for making calls.

- Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Experience working with real estate CRMs and lead management tools.
Experience in a sales role.
Prior knowledge of real estate investing or marketing.

- Success Metrics:
Consistent weekly contact with a minimum of 5 new qualified buyers/day.
Up-to-date, organized records of buyer preferences and follow-up notes.
Improvement of outreach systems and buyer communication templates.
Positive buyer feedback and increased engagement.

- What does success look like in specific time periods?
|Within 30 Days:
Understand our buyers preferences.
Begin contacting buyers and documenting key preferences and feedback.

|Within 60 Days:
Actively contributing to call outcomes and streamlining buyer data organization.
Providing feedback on call scripts for improvement.

- Within 90 Days:
Independently managing buyer outreach with minimal oversight.
Building strong relationships and generating excitement around property deals.

- This role will have everything to do with:
Buyer outreach via calls, texts.
Vetting, documenting, and organizing buyer preferences.
Recommending improvements to scripts and communication flows.

- This role will not have anything to do with:
Acquisitions or property negotiations.
Managing closing documents or legal processes.
Overseeing marketing beyond direct buyer outreach.

Compensation:
$4.33/hour DOE. This is a remote, full-time opportunity depending on availability and performance.
