Mission
Own profitable customer acquisition on Meta
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Planning
Translate client revenue targets and margins into channel goals (MER/ROAS/CPA/CAC) and weekly budgets.
Build test plans (audiences, angles, offers, creative formats) with hypotheses and success thresholds.
Define campaign architecture: CBO/ABO, learning phase strategy, geo/placement mix, and scaling/segmentation rules.
Execution
Build end-to-end Meta campaigns: pixel/Conversions API wiring, event prioritization, aggregated event measurement, UTM taxonomy, naming conventions.
Launch and manage prospecting, retargeting, and retention campaigns across all funnel stages.
Implement creative testing frameworks (e.g., 80/20 iterative vs. net-new concepts, 3–5 new creatives weekly).
Optimization
Daily performance review and change logs; adjust bids/budgets, rotate creatives, prune audiences, and tune exclusions.
Apply quantitative guardrails (stat-sig thresholds, spend minimums, cool-downs, and rollback triggers).
Structure for scale while protecting efficiency (horizontal vs. vertical scaling paths; sprint plans for promos/launches).
Measurement & Analytics
Maintain accurate tracking across sources (Meta Ads Manager, TripleWhale, RedTrack/ClickFlare/Everflow, GA4, Shopify/WooCommerce).
Reconcile platform vs. source-of-truth discrepancies; report blended metrics (MER, contribution margin).
Produce weekly scorecards and insights: what moved KPIs, what you’re testing next, expected impact.
Creative & CRO Collaboration
Turn data into briefs for new hooks, offers, and formats (1:1, 4:5, 9:16; static, carousel, UGC, motion).
Partner with our CRO team on offer structures, lander variants, and checkout optimizations.
Compliance & QA
Enforce policy compliance (restricted content, claims, targeting) and pre-flight QA (links, UTMs, tracking, copy).
Maintain asset libraries, naming standards, and documentation.
Tools You Should Already Know
Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Events Manager, Conversions API; GA4; Shopify/WooCommerce; TripleWhale (preferred); RedTrack/Everflow/ClickFlare; Looker/Data Studio or Sheets; Slack; Loom.

CTR (link), CPC, CPM, ATC rate, IC rate, CVR
Creative testing cadence (? 3 new concepts/week) and win rate
Tracking accuracy (? 5% variance vs. source of truth)
