AZ Move Masters is one of Arizona’s fastest-growing luxury moving companies. We handle high-end residential and commercial moves with a white-glove standard of service. We’re expanding fast and looking for a dialed-in, experienced Sales Representative to join our remote team full-time.
???? The Role
You’ll be the voice of AZ Move Masters — taking inbound and follow-up calls, texting and emailing clients, preparing quotes, and locking in bookings daily. You’ll also handle agreements, scheduling confirmations, and post-sale follow-ups to ensure 5-star customer experiences.
This is a fast-paced, high-accountability role — we’re looking for someone who thrives in a results-driven environment.
???? Key Responsibilities
Take inbound and follow-up sales calls (via OpenPhone / GoHighLevel CRM)
Build quotes accurately using our pricing sheet
Send estimates, booking links, and service agreements
Follow up via SMS/email to close pending leads
Update CRM pipelines and maintain accurate lead status
Confirm bookings and communicate with our operations manager
Ensure all customer communication is clear, professional, and timely
???? Schedule
Full-time: 40 hrs/week
Availability: Must overlap with Arizona time (MST), especially 8AM–6PM
Saturdays as needed (rotational)
???? Compensation
Base pay: Starting at $600–800 USD/month (depending on experience)
Performance bonuses: Commission for every booked move
Paid weekly via Wise/Payoneer
???? What We’re Looking For
Excellent English (spoken & written) — U.S. accent preferred
Strong sales experience (ideally in home services, moving, real estate, or similar)
Confident on the phone and fast with CRM tools
Detail-oriented — able to quote correctly and follow processes
Reliable, proactive, and motivated to grow with our team
