Are you a creative video editor with 10 years of experience who knows how to make podcast content shine? We’re looking for a Podcast Video Editor Expert who can transform raw recordings into engaging, high-quality videos — with smooth pacing, clean edits, and scroll-stopping captions.

You’ll:

Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)

Cut and polish podcast clips for social media

Edit full podcast episodes for YouTube and other platforms

Add captions, titles, and hooks that drive engagement

Upload and optimize videos on YouTube (titles, thumbnails, etc.)

Work with the creative team to maintain consistent branding and quality

You Have:

Proven experience editing podcast and short-form videos

Strong understanding of social media trends and retention strategies

Great attention to detail and storytelling skills

Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)

Excellent organization and ability to meet deadlines

Bonus Skills:

Experience with Riverside.FM

Graphic design or thumbnail creation

Knowledge of YouTube SEO and content strategy
