JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a persuasive communicator who loves talking to people, building trust, and driving results? We’re looking for a Patient Advocate / Appointment Setter to join our fast-growing, high-energy healthcare service team. Our company serves as an on-call lead management solution for our clients, partnering directly with their office teams to convert inbound leads into loyal customers.

This is a contract position paying a sizable base + real commission for every appointment you successfully set and that the client attends. Long-term opportunity with potential to transition into W2 employment for top performers.

What You'll Be Doing:
Engage with warm leads via inbound and outbound calls—no cold calling required!
Qualify leads and schedule appointments on behalf of our clients
Answer questions, build trust, and ensure each lead understands the services offered
Follow up with no-show appointments and re-engage older leads
Collaborate with client office teams to relay appointment and lead information
Use our CRM system to manage communication, scheduling, and pipeline tracking

What Makes This Role Unique:
No cold calling! You’ll only talk to leads already interested in our clients’ services, That means no list building or cold outreach
Commission on top of base pay. Get rewarded for every successful appointment that turns into a customer
Work from anywhere. Ideal for remote workers looking to supplement their income with flexible hours
On-call hours. Be available during your scheduled 40-hour week to respond to leads in real time but can work other jobs/tasks in between, but when a new lead comes in, you’ll need to respond ASAP

Key Responsibilities:
Learn and understand the features and benefits of various client services
Follow scripts to ensure consistent, professional communication
Make outbound and handle inbound calls, texts, and emails
Set appointments based on client availability and lead needs
Maintain accurate notes and track lead progress through our CRM
Communicate promptly and clearly with other tea ---------- mbers and clients via various channels

What We're Looking For:
Energetic, outgoing, and persuasive personality
Self-motivated with a passion for exceeding targets and driving results and able to work independently (get the job done with little supervision)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English fluency required with little to no accent)
Highly organized, with the ability to process information and make quick decisions
Prior experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales in healthcare, insurance, or high-value service industries
Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (GoHighLevel preferred)
Expert in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs) and Slack instant messaging
Ability to work independently and manage a consistent schedule.\
High-speed internet and a modern, capable computer (please attach a screenshot of your system specs and speed test with your application).
Availability to work US time zones (between 9am ET – 9pm PT, with a max of 8 hours/day).
