What You’ll Do

Answer incoming calls virtually with warmth and professionalism (bilingual required).

Return any missed calls within 10 minutes.

Schedule and confirm appointments using our dental PMS software.

Support patient show rates through proactive follow-ups, reminders, and clear communication.

Participate in Friday morning schedule optimization and review strategies.

What You’ll Need

Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken & written)

Stable, high-speed internet connection

Quiet, professional workspace

Quality headset/headphones with mic for call clarity

Comfortable using dental scheduling software (training provided)

Willingness to have screens recorded for quality assurance
