We’re looking for a talented designer who can create beautiful web pages, landing pages, infographics, banners, ecovers, images, pdf carousels, reels and other formats used in social media.

Video creation and editing will also be part of the job requirements.

Strong design fundamentals (layout, typography, color, hierarchy, spacing) are expected as well as use of Figma as basic design tool.

Use of and desire to learn more about AI tools is required.

We expect a portfolio of your work will be available.

The ideal candidate should be able to deliver designs promptly, with consistent quality, and maintain a professional and collaborative working attitude.

Our web developer, who will work with you, uses elementor pro, Wordpress, Memberium and Learndash for our members courses and lessons.

We have an online business that produces relationship information and training products and markets them via online courses/lessons, a membership area and coaching. We have been in business since 2001. We presently are developing a new line of products to launch which will lead to scaling our business.

We are team oriented. We have myself, a web developer and Virtual Assistant. We coordinate tasks using ---------- . A daily review of work is required to help with planning and solving problems as they arise.

We anticipate you will initially work 20 hours a week, moving toward full time. How much you work and what kind of work you will do will be based on what you are good at, what you enjoy and your goals for professional development.

You will be hired for a 6 month trial period. The time will be used to make sure we are good fit, and value is added to our team.

Starting pay will be determined in conversation considering your experience, median pay for Web Designers and other factors.

If you become a valued member of our team you can expect pay raises.

We offer 13th month payment.

We offer one week paid vacation per quarter after the first 6 month trial period. We also are generous with sick/family days. The main objective is to do your work, enjoy your work and do it well.

We consider your national or local Holidays and other issues specific to your culture. We have contributed financially for a crisis (i.e. natural disasters.) We have also have assisted with local Filipino charities and needs.
