GoHighLevel Specialist

I’m looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant who is highly skilled in GoHighLevel (GHL). We’re in the start-up phase and need someone who can help us build efficient systems and automations inside GHL.

Your main tasks will include:

Creating a GoHighLevel website template that will be used for our clients

Setting up automations such as missed-call text follow-up, review requests, nurture sequences, etc.

Assisting with AI employee setup and AI Voice integration within GHL

Helping maintain and optimize automations as we grow

Requirements:

Strong experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) — please only apply if you are confident with it

Experience with workflows, pipelines, triggers, and AI tools in GHL

Good communication skills in English

Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive

Fast learner who can take ownership of tasks

Work Hours:

Part-time (flexible hours, around 15–20 hours per week to start)
