Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Assistant Bookkeeper to join our team remotely. This role is perfect for a bookkeeping professional who excels at managing financial tasks with precision. You will be instrumental in maintaining accurate financial records, tracking expenses, and supporting accounting operations. This is a flexible, part-time or full-time role based on workload, with opportunities for long-term collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and download invoices from service providers, ensuring timely and secure collection of documents.

Accurately enter invoice and financial data into spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets or Excel) for streamlined analysis.

Track and categorize expenses, maintaining up-to-date records for financial oversight.

Record bills in QuickBooks (QB), ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards.

Allocate expenses across various accounts and jobs, applying correct classifications for budgeting and reporting.

Reconcile bank accounts by reviewing transactions, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring records align with bank statements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in bookkeeping, virtual assistance, or related administrative roles.

Proficiency in QuickBooks (QB) and spreadsheet tools like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive financial data with integrity.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills for independent remote work.

Effective communication skills for virtual collaboration via email, chat, or video calls.

Knowledge of basic accounting principles, including expense allocation, invoice management, and bank reconciliation.

Reliable internet connection and familiarity with remote work tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
