Automation VA – Connect n8n + Publer + ChatGPT (Social Media Automation)

We’re building a workflow that connects n8n, Publer, and ChatGPT to automatically generate and schedule optimized social media posts.
You’ll be responsible for creating, testing, and documenting the full setup. built on our assets for total ownership

Responsibilities

Build and manage automation workflows using n8n

Connect ChatGPT API to create optimized and engaging post content

Integrate Publer API for automatic posting and scheduling

Add smart prompt logic (tone, hashtags, keywords, platform variations)

Test, troubleshoot, and document the process for reuse

Requirements

Strong experience with n8n automations (must show examples)

Familiarity with OpenAI / ChatGPT API integration

Understanding of Publer API or similar social schedulers

Ability to think logically and build efficient automations

Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines

Preferred Skills

Experience with Make (Integromat), Zapier, or GoHighLevel automations

Background in social media content creation or SEO

Good written English (for prompt optimization and documentation)
