Business Integrator (Automation Builder)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Integrator to design and implement end-to-end automations across our systems. You will take strategic instructions and translate them into working solutions using Zapier, Make, and Click Funnels. This is a builder role requiring independence, problem-solving ability, and a strong technical foundation.

Responsibilities
• Build and maintain automation workflows across internal and client systems.
• Translate business requirements into working solutions without constant supervision.
• Integrate CRMs, spreadsheets, and communication platforms (Slack, GSuite, etc.).
• Create custom links and lightweight tools to support sales and operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues proactively.
• Deliver weekly reports on projects completed, issues resolved, and next steps.

Requirements
• Proven experience with Zapier, Make, and ClickFunnels (mandatory).
• Experience with Kajabi and HubSpot (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
