Retention Implementation Specialist (Shopify + Recharge + Skio)

We’re a fast-growing retention agency helping top eCommerce brands increase repeat revenue and subscription growth through post-purchase and onsite optimization.

We’re hiring a Retention Implementation Specialist who can execute tests and builds inside tools like Shopify, Recharge, Skio, Stay.ai, Aftersell, Rebuy, Lifetimely, Alia, Klaviyo, and Postscript.

You’ll follow clear strategies provided by our Head of Retention and focus purely on implementation.
No client calls or creative strategy — just clean, fast, high-quality builds.

Responsibilities:

Build and test post-purchase upsells and bundles (Shopify, Aftersell, Rebuy).

Set up and optimize subscription flows and save offers (Recharge, Skio, Stay.ai).

Implement onsite popups and offers to increase subscription take rate and AOV.

Integrate and QA tools like Klaviyo, Postscript, and Alia for retention tracking.

Pull and maintain metrics in tools like Lifetimely and Shopify Analytics.

Report test results to the operations team and maintain clean documentation.

Requirements:

Experience with Shopify and at least one subscription app (Recharge, Skio, or Stay.ai).

Familiarity with Klaviyo, Postscript, Aftersell, Rebuy, and related retention tools.

Strong attention to detail and ability to QA flows and triggers.

Reliable, proactive, and able to follow structured SOPs.

Bonus: basic HTML/CSS for customizations.

You’ll work closely with:

Head of Retention (for briefs and strategy).

Operations Coordinator (for timelines and reports).
