Real Estate Lead Outreach Specialist (Part-Time, Remote)
Location: Remote (US based company)
Hours: ~20-30 hours/week, with potential to grow, must work EST daytime
Compensation: Hourly + Future Performance Bonuses
Are you a self-starter who thrives on talking to people, generating interest, and following up like a pro?
We're seeking a highly motivated, coachable, and resourceful Outreach Specialist to support our acquisitions team by initiating conversations with homeowners and potential sellers. You'll be engaging leads via SMS, phone, and other outreach platforms with the goal of uncovering motivated sellers and scheduling qualified calls for our acquisitions team.
This is not a cold sales role — it's a warm, soft-entry outreach position with a tested system, strong backend support, and room to grow.
-- What You'll Be Doing:
Initial SMS/text and call outreach to property owners from targeted lead lists
Identifying motivated sellers, collecting key property data, and tagging hot/warm/cold lead stages
Coordinating with internal systems to push warm/hot leads into CRM and onto acquisitions manager’s calendar
Following daily outreach targets (texts sent, convos started, calls placed)
Collaborating with our backend systems manager and acquisitions lead to improve response quality and conversion
Using tools like Launch Control, ReSimpli, and Google Sheets
-- What We're Looking For:
Strong written and verbal communication skills — natural, personable, soft tone
Coachable and open to real-time feedback
Basic understanding of real estate investing terms (we’ll train the rest)
Organized, self-motivated, and not afraid of rejection
Available during business hours for consistent outreach
Tech-comfortable with SMS platforms, CRMs, and call systems
-- Bonus if you have:
Experience with Launch Control, BatchLeads, Resimpli, or similar SMS tools
Worked in real estate wholesaling, investing, or acquisitions before
Bilingual (English/Spanish a plus) - MUST speak CLEAR English
Light VA/team management experience or an interest in growing into that
