New Spark Plug helps auto repair shops keep their technicians fully booked two weeks in advance through precision-driven Google Ads campaigns and custom lead funnels. Our system consistently delivers high-quality leads around 5–10 new leads daily — and we’re expanding our outreach team to help convert those into qualified appointments.
Position Overview
We’re seeking a confident, motivated Appointment Setter to engage auto repair shop owners who opt in through our ads. Your role is to contact them promptly, qualify them using our script, and book appointments for our sales team — while ensuring those appointments show up.

Key Responsibilities
- Speed-to-Lead: Call new leads within 5 minutes of opt-in to maximize connection rates.
- Script Mastery: Deliver the proven New Spark Plug script confidently to qualify prospects and build rapport.
- Qualify & Book: Identify fit and schedule same-day or next-day calls with our Consultants.
- DM Outreach: Engage leads through
- Confirm Attendance: Call and text prospects 24 hours and 1 hour before their appointment to confirm attendance.
- CRM Updates: Record all lead interactions and notes accurately inside our GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM.
- Follow-Up & Recovery: Reconnect with no-shows and unresponsive leads to rebook them.
- Reporting: Share daily results — dials, contacts made, booked calls, and show-ups.
Daily Workflow
- Call new inbound leads from ads (5–10 per day)
- Run 5–10 minute qualification calls using the provided script
- Book and confirm appointments in the calendar
- Use SMS or DM follow-ups to maximize show rates
- Update CRM and report metrics to the team
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English (neutral or US accent preferred)
- 1+ year experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or inside sales
- Comfortable on the phone — confident, clear, and friendly tone
- Strong organizational skills and CRM familiarity (GHL experience a plus)
- Proactive communicator who enjoys fast-paced work
