Amazon Virtual Assistant

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Amazon Virtual Assistant who’s eager to learn and grow with our team.

Requirements:
Has knowledge or experience with Amazon Seller Central (experience is a plus but trainings is considered)
Proficient in Google Sheets (especially formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis)
Can leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to improve efficiency and accuracy
Trainable, teachable, and determined to learn
Has strong attention to detail and consistency in output
Comfortable using time-tracking tools
Can work UK hours (between 2 PM to 1 AM PH time)

Role & Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Track and monitor SKUs across different marketplaces
Check FBA fees and referral fees for accuracy
Assist with new SKU preparation and setup
Support ongoing data and performance analysis tasks
