???? About Subconscious Learning Academy

Subconscious Learning Academy was created by Taras Machula, M.A., Ch.T., TESOL, to help students learn English faster and with less stress by accessing the subconscious mind.

Our academy offers a 12-week transformational English learning program that combines traditional language teaching with hypnotherapy and subconscious training, helping students overcome fear of speaking, build confidence, and achieve fluency naturally.

We are now expanding our presence in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, and are seeking a Mandarin- and Cantonese-speaking Virtual Assistant to promote our academy, support student enrollment, and manage local marketing campaigns.

???? Position Overview

We are looking for a fluent Mandarin and Cantonese speaking Virtual Assistant with strong digital marketing and sales communication skills who understands the Chinese education marketplace.

You will be helping us connect with Chinese high school and university students (and their parents), explaining how subconscious learning can accelerate English fluency — and guiding them to enroll in our programs.

???? Key Responsibilities
???? Marketing & Promotion

Develop and execute marketing strategies to reach Chinese students and parents.

Manage and grow our presence on Chinese platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, Douyin, etc.).

Translate and adapt English marketing materials into Mandarin and/or Cantonese.

Create engaging content that resonates with Chinese audiences (posts, messages, short videos).

Set up and manage GoHighLevel funnels, email campaigns, and automations for lead generation.

???? Student Outreach & Enrollment

Respond to inquiries from potential students and parents (Mandarin, Cantonese, or English).

Conduct discovery calls or WeChat conversations to explain the benefits of subconscious English learning.

Guide students through the registration and payment process.

Build trust, answer questions, and help students feel confident in joining the academy.

???? Administrative & Coordination Tasks

Maintain accurate lead and student records in GoHighLevel.

Prepare weekly progress reports on leads, conversions, and campaigns.

Assist with online events, webinars, and orientation sessions.

Collaborate directly with Taras and the marketing team to refine messaging and offers.

? Qualifications

Fluent in Mandarin (required) and Cantonese (preferred).

Excellent English writing and speaking skills.

Experience with GoHighLevel CRM and marketing automation.

Familiarity with Chinese digital platforms and local online behavior.

Experience in digital marketing, education sales, or customer support.

Organized, responsible, and self-motivated.

Passion for education, psychology, or personal development is a strong plus.

???? Compensation & Details

Type: Part-time (15–25 hours/week, with potential to grow full-time).

Compensation: $7–$15 USD/hour depending on experience + bonuses for enrollments.

Schedule: Flexible, but must overlap with Chinese or Hong Kong time zones.

Location: Remote (open to applicants globally).
