Job Overview:
We are looking for a Social Media Manager / Virtual Assistant for our dog products brand to help us create and manage multiple social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and
Your main task will be reposting videos we already have—not creating new ones (at least for now). You’ll download content from our shared folders and post it across our accounts consistently and strategically.
This position is perfect for someone who loves social media, can follow systems, and pays close attention to details.
Your Responsibilities
Create and manage multiple social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts,
Repost our existing videos following brand guidelines.
Write short, clean captions and include relevant hashtags.
Keep all posts organized in a tracking sheet or Notion board.
Moderate comments and basic engagement.
Provide weekly reports on post performance (views, followers, engagement).
Bonus Skills: Light video editing (trimming, resizing, adding captions, etc.).
Requirements:
Must have a valid U.S. SIM card or verified U.S.-based phone number (required for platform targeting in USA).
Strong understanding of short-form content platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Strong written English for captions and communication.
Comfortable managing multiple accounts at once.
Fast, stable internet connection for uploading/downloading videos.
Bonus: Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.).
Compensation & Hours
Part-time to start (10–20 hours/week) — with room to grow into full-time.
Paid trial period (1–2 weeks) to test performance and reliability.
Long-term position available for the right candidate.
