We are Offersify, an international affiliate network and e-commerce company specializing in Skincare and Nutra products. As we expand our operations, we are looking for someone who possesses strong technical troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving system performance and user experience.

JOB OVERVIEW:
The IVR (Interactive Voice Response) / Tech Specialist is responsible for the setup, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the company’s IVR systems and related technical platforms. This role ensures smooth call flow management, technical functionality, and system integrations that support the efficiency of client and internal communications.
The ideal candidate possesses strong technical troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving system performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Configure, monitor, and maintain IVR systems and related telephony software.
• Manage call routing, menus, prompts, and workflows to ensure efficient caller navigation.
• Support system integrations with CRM, AI tools, and communication platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IVR or telephony-related issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the IT and Operations teams to enhance automation and call-handling efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy protocols in all technical operations.
• Provide technical documentation, reports, and recommendations for process improvements.
• Assist with technical onboarding and training for new system users or agents.
• Coordinate with vendors or third-party service providers for system updates and maintenance.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IVR configuration, telephony systems, or related technical roles.
• Proficiency in VoIP technologies, PBX systems, and cloud-based communication tools.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Twilio, Aircall, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with telephone systems, API integration, rapid troubleshooting
• High attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
