Healing with Love is a spiritual community founded by Taras Machula, M.A., Ch.T., dedicated to helping people heal trauma with love, connect with the Divine, and awaken their higher purpose.
We offer programs in spiritual regression, hypnotherapy, and divine heart healing, and we are building a global community through Skool — a platform for members to learn, connect, and grow together.

We are looking for a spiritually aligned, creative, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant who can help us manage and grow our Skool community, assist with marketing funnels, and support course delivery.

???? Your Main Responsibilities
???? Community Management

Manage the Healing with Love Skool membership platform.

Welcome and onboard new members.

Post updates, event reminders, and community challenges.

Engage with members to keep the energy high and loving.

Upload content, organize course modules, and maintain course flow.

???? Marketing & Funnel Support

Build and manage marketing funnels using GoHighLevel (required).

Set up automation, email campaigns, and follow-up sequences.

Design simple opt-in pages, forms, and thank-you pages.

Assist with launching new courses and programs.

Track and report key metrics (leads, conversions, engagement).

???? Course & Event Assistance

Upload recordings, PDFs, and session links into Skool.

Support Taras during live events (posting links, managing chat, etc.).

Help manage replays, event reminders, and Q&A coordination.

Provide light tech support for members (login or access issues).

? Qualifications

? Experience with GoHighLevel (CRM, automation, funnels) — required.

? Experience managing online communities (Skool, Kajabi, Facebook Groups, or similar).

? Strong understanding of digital marketing and email automation.

? Excellent written and spoken English.

? Familiar with Canva or basic graphic design tools.

? Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

???? Background or interest in spirituality, healing, or consciousness work is a big plus!

???? Work Details

Type: Part-time (10–20 hours/week to start).

Schedule: Flexible, but some overlap with North American time zones is preferred.

Location: Remote (Philippines-based applicants only).

Compensation: $6–$10 USD/hour depending on experience, with performance bonuses.

Long-term role with room for growth into a Community or Marketing Manager position.
