No Stress Claims International is a fast-growing Public Adjusting company in the U.S. helping homeowners and contractors win insurance claims.

We’re building advanced internal systems for claims processing, client experience, and marketing, and need a ClickUp expert to organize and automate everything.

?? Your Main Focus

Build and manage ClickUp CRM for multiple departments

Create dashboards, automations, pipelines, and SOPs

Assign and track team tasks with KPIs

Integrate ClickUp with Google Workspace, CRM tools, and communication apps

Streamline reporting and daily accountability

(ClickUp is the #1 priority — we’re looking for someone who has already done this before.)

???? Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with marketing funnels, SEO, and email/SMS systems

Familiar with GoHighLevel, Zapier, or automation tools

Comfortable helping build workflows for sales, client follow-ups, and branding

???? Compensation & Growth

Start: $800–$1,000/month (depending on experience)

Review: Salary increases every 3 months based on performance

Bonuses: For successful ClickUp build-outs and workflow improvements

Long-term opportunity to grow into Operations Director / Systems Manager

? Must have strong, proven ClickUp experience
