Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation and Sales Closing Specialist to identify, engage, and convert potential clients into paying customers. This role combines strategic prospecting with strong consultative selling—ideal for someone who thrives on both finding opportunities and closing deals. You’ll manage the full client acquisition cycle: from sourcing and qualifying leads to conducting consultations and finalizing enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through multiple channels including cold calling,
Conduct discovery calls and consultations to understand client needs, explain BHM services, and recommend suitable programs.
Manage the full sales pipeline—from first contact to signed agreement—ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions within the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies, campaigns, and messaging for maximum engagement.
Follow up with warm leads generated by campaigns or referrals to nurture them toward conversion.
Provide insights on lead quality, conversion rates, and customer feedback to improve the overall sales process.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market needs to enhance selling strategies.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in lead generation and sales closing, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or medical services.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong consultative selling skills—able to identify needs and match them with the right solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and outreach automation platforms.
Confident, motivated, and self-disciplined with strong follow-up habits.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
(Preferred) Background or knowledge in wellness, health, regenerative medicine, or related services.
