We’re looking for a highly experienced Amazon Account Manager to take full ownership of our Amazon operations. We do not sell private label products – you must have proven experience managing branded (3rd-party) products on Amazon.
Requirements:
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Minimum 5 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
Must have worked with at least 2 US-based companies or must have worked for a US based company for at least 2 years
Deep knowledge of Seller Central, FBA, inventory management, ranking software (e.g., Helium 10), and listing optimization., listing creation, customer support, violation troubleshooting, case management etc.
Must be proactive in running the amazon account, be creative, use your common sense to figure things out, and have an absolutely positive attitude and outlook.
Must use Hubstaff for time and screen tracking.
Cannot have a second job; this must be the only full-time job.
Work 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (US Eastern Standard Time).
Responsibilities:
Evaluate product eligibility to sell and list new branded products on Amazon.
Conduct Product Research, profitability and competitive analysis.
Communicate with operations to monitor and manage inventory levels.
Ship inventory to FBA, track shipments, manage reimbursements from Amazon, and handle reconciliation.
Update and optimize listings (titles, bullets, images) as needed.
Manage customer service, returns, and customer reviews.
Run promotions and ensure all listings remain compliant with Amazon policies.
Collaborate directly with the CEO, COO, and wider team.
Compensation:
Starting at $4/hour, with increases based on experience and performance.
Paid holidays - TBA
