Property Verifier (Real Estate Research Assistant)

Job Overview

We’re a U.S.-based real estate company looking for a Property Verifier to help research and confirm details for land properties.
You’ll check zoning, utilities, road access, and restrictions through county websites — and contact local offices when needed.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys online research and can confidently speak with people over the phone to gather accurate information.

Responsibilities

-Research and verify property zoning and land use regulations
-Check availability of utilities (water, sewer, electricity, etc.)
-Confirm road access and easements
-Identify if a property is in a flood zone or restricted area
-Record verified information accurately in Google Sheets or ClickUp
-Call county offices, utility providers, and local departments to verify details
-Build positive rapport with people you call — being polite, friendly, and professional
-Submit daily updates and reports to the team lead

Qualifications

-Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
-Comfortable doing verification calls and conversing naturally
-Able to build good relationships with people on the phone
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Must be familiar with ClickUp or similar project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Asana, Trello)
-Proficient with Google Sheets and online mapping tools (like GIS)
-Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
-Experience in real estate, title research, or data verification is a plus
